ScanSnap iX2500 and iX2400 Now Support ARM-based Windows Environments
PFU Limited (President and CEO: Eiji Hirahara) (hereinafter PFU) today, December 9, begins providing updates for the flagship model of the ScanSnap series, the ScanSnap iX2500 (hereinafter iX2500), the simple model ScanSnap iX2400 (hereinafter iX2400), and the dedicated software ScanSnap Home.
This update enables the iX2500 and iX2400 to support ARM-based Windows. This allows comfortable use of ScanSnap on Windows PCs equipped with ARM-based SoCs, which are increasingly adopted in some AI PCs. We also plan to extend this support to other current ScanSnap models currently on sale.
Transcending time, location, and devices, ScanSnap connects the analog and digital worlds to offer a smart and comfortable lifestyle.
