Certificate Registration Window

Register a certificate to the ScanSnap.

  • A client certificate file that uses the PKCS#12 format and the file extension .p12 or .pfx can be registered.

    The number of certificate files for each model that can be registered is as follows:

    • iX2500/iX1600/iX1500/iX1300

      1 client certificate file

    • iX100

      5 client certificate files

  • CA certificate files that use the extension .cer, .crt, .der, or .pem can be registered.

    Up to 10 certificate files can be registered.

This window consists of the following:

File name

Click the [Browse] button, and specify a certificate to be registered to the ScanSnap.

Password

Enter the certificate password.

For CA certificates, this item is not displayed.

[OK] button

Registers the certificate to the ScanSnap.

[Cancel] button

Cancels the registration.
