Printing an Image with a Printer

Scanned images displayed in the ScanSnap Home viewer window can be printed with a printer.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    For details, refer to To Display the Main Window.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View, select a content data record with an image that you want to print.
  3. Select [Open with ScanSnap Home Viewer] in the menu that appears when you right-click the content data record to display the Viewer Window (Windows).
  4. Click [Print] in the [File] tab to display the [Scan to Print] window.

    In the [Scan to Print] window, you can specify the printer to be used, the number of copies, the size and print range of the image, or other settings.

  5. Click the [Print] button.

The scanned images are printed with a printer.

Scanned images can be printed with a printer. If you select multiple content data records, images in the selected content data records can be printed at a time.

  1. Display the Main Window of ScanSnap Home.

    Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon ScanSnap Home Icon in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.

  2. In the Content Data Record List View, select a content data record with an image that you want to print.

    If you print multiple images in content data records with a printer, select the content data records while holding down the [command command] key or [Shift] key.

  3. Click the content data records while pressing the [control] key, and select [Print] from the menu that appears to display the [Print] window.
  4. Specify how to print scanned images.
  5. Click the [Print] button.

The scanned images are printed with a printer.
