Importing Content Data Records
Import content data records that were exported with ScanSnap Home.
Content data records that were exported from another computer can also be imported.
When an OCR pack is installed on a computer that you exported content data records from, install the same OCR pack on a computer that you want to import the content data records (that you exported) to.
If an OCR pack is not installed, when text recognition is performed on images in the imported content data records, characters may not be recognized correctly.
Content data records will be imported to the folder that you specified.
You can check the import history in [Imported content data records] in the folder list view.

When an import is complete, if a message is displayed, indicating that some of the content data records or tags could not be imported, the issue may be caused by the following:

For content data records
There is not enough space on the disk where you want to import content data records to
Check the space on the disk where you want to import content data records to, secure enough free disk space by deleting unnecessary files, and then try again.
Failed to access to the folder where you want to import content data records to
If the folder where you want to import content data records to is a network folder, connection to the folder that you tried to access may have failed temporarily.
Check the status of your network environment, and try again.

For tags
If the number of tags set in the content data records managed with ScanSnap Home exceeds 10,000 tags, which are set for the content data records that you want to import will be skipped and will not be included in the imported content data records.

Content data records will be imported to the folder that you specified.
