Display the main window of ScanSnap Home.

Select [Help] → [Inquire how to use it] in the menu.
Enter your inquiry in the window that appears.

Click the [ScanSnap Home] icon
in the application list that appears when you click Launchpad in the Dock.
Select [Help] → [Inquire how to use it] on the menu bar.
Enter your inquiry in the window that appears.
