Moving Multiple Files at Once
The moved files can then be viewed in another application.
The procedure to move multiple files at once is as follows.

Perform one of the following in the [File List] screen or do the same thing in the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on:
Tap
Press the menu button on the hardware
A menu appears at the top or bottom of the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

Tap [Select].
The [Select] screen appears.

Tap each checkbox for each file.
The checkboxes are selected.

A list of folders that are in the folder where the files are saved appears.

Select a destination folder for the files.
- When the current folder path is for the destination folder

Go to step 6.
- When the current folder path is not for the destination folder

Select a folder to be the destination folder, from the list, to make the folder the destination folder.

Tap the [Move here] button.
The selected files are moved to the destination folder.
After the files have been moved, the [Select] screen appears.
If you select a file created for the files which were saved together by selecting the [Save together] checkbox (in the [File format] window from [Profile]), all the JPEG files saved together will be moved.
