Opening the File with Another Application (the [Preview] Screen)

On the [Preview] screen, you can select an application to display the file to.

The file can then be viewed in the application.

Select the application in the following procedure.

  1. Tap the file on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Preview] screen appears.

  2. Tap near the center of the [Preview] screen.

    A tool bar appears at the bottom of the [Preview] screen.

  3. Tap Action Button on the tool bar.

    A menu for the [Preview] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Open].

    A list of applications appears.

    ATTENTION

    If an error message appears because no application is available, install an application that supports PDF/JPEG files in the mobile device.

  5. Select an application from the list.

    The application starts, and displays the file.
