Sending the File to Another Application (the [Preview] Screen)

On the [Preview] screen, you can select an application to send the file to.

The file can be sent to a communication application such as e-mail software.

Select the application in the following procedure.

  1. Tap the file on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Preview] screen appears.

  2. Tap near the center of the [Preview] screen.

    A tool bar appears at the bottom of the [Preview] screen.

  3. Tap Action Button on the tool bar.

    A menu for the [Preview] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Send].

    A list of applications appears.

    ATTENTION

    If an error message appears because no application is available, install a communication application such as e-mail software in your mobile device.

  5. Select an application from the list.

    The application starts, and displays the file.

ATTENTION

  • Use the [Send] function to create a new folder and save a copy of the selected file in it.

    The copied file is then sent to the application.

  • Note that files copied by the [Send] function are not deleted automatically.

    They can be deleted on [Preferences] of ScanSnap Connect Application.
