Cannot obtain data in the cloud service. Log in with the cloud service again?


The issue may be caused by the following:

  • Authentication with a cloud service was not completed successfully because the authentication information has expired.

  • There is a time lag in the mobile device.


Perform the following:

  • To perform the authentication again, tap the [Login] button.

  • Set the correct time on the mobile device, and tap the [Login] button.
