Stopping Sync with a Cloud Service

When the ScanSnap Sync is set to on, if you want to sync with another cloud service or if you want to stop the sync with a cloud service that is being synced, you must stop the sync with the relevant cloud service.

To stop the sync with a cloud service, perform the following.

ATTENTION

If you stop the synchronization with the cloud service, you will not be able to view any files in a synchronized state that are not yet downloaded or folders that are managed with ScanSnap Organizer.

  1. Tap Settings Button on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  2. Tap [ScanSnap Sync Setting] in the [Settings] screen.

    The [ScanSnap Sync Setting] screen appears.

  3. Tap the [Disconnect] button for a cloud service name that is synced.

    A confirmation message appears.

  4. Read the confirmation message and tap the [Disconnect] button to stop the sync with a cloud service.

    The sync with a cloud service is stopped.

    ATTENTION

    If communication with the synced cloud service is in progress, a message appears.

    To stop the communication and the sync, tap the [Discontinue] button.
