Receiving a File
When the computer is connected and there is a file ready to be sent from the computer, the mobile device will receive the file automatically.
The file name and the progress are displayed while receiving the file.
The received file appears in the [File List] screen or in the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.
Once you receive the file in the mobile device, you can send and view it in another application, or check its content on the [Preview] screen.
When the ScanSnap Sync function is set to on, the received file can be uploaded to a cloud service. After the received file is uploaded to a cloud service, the file can be used in ScanSnap Organizer on a computer that is synced with the cloud service or used on other mobile devices.
If the mobile device fails to receive the file due to a communication error and so on, it will resume from the same file when connecting to the computer again.
ScanSnap Connect Application uses the default font of the operating system. When a file name includes a character that is not supported, the character will be replaced with □.
Do not close the application while receiving a file. Doing so may slow down the next startup because the [File List] screen or the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on takes time to reload.
