A Connection Cannot Be Established with the ScanSnap via Direct Connection.
- Cause
The issue may be caused by the following:
Is the ScanSnap turned off?
Is the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap turned off?
Is the scanner already connected to the wireless access point?
Is the ScanSnap already used by other devices?
Have the SSID and security key for the ScanSnap changed?
- Solution
Check the following items, and then set up ScanSnap Connect Application again:
Turn on the ScanSnap.
Turn on the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap.
If the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue, connect your device to the same network in which the ScanSnap is connected to, and perform the setup again.
Make sure that the ScanSnap is not used by other devices. If the ScanSnap is in use, connect to the ScanSnap after it is available.
Start the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer, and check the current SSID and security key in [Direct connection setting].
