A Scan Cannot Be Performed with the ScanSnap Even Though the Setup Is Complete.

Cause

Have you set up multiple ScanSnap units at the same time?

Solution

Set up one ScanSnap unit at a time.

To display the [Setup Wizard] screen, tap [Setup Wizard] in the [Settings] screen which appears when you tap the [Settings] button (for iPhone/iPod touch, Settings Button ) on the [File List] screen or do the same thing on the folder screen with the ScanSnap Sync function set to on.
