The Wi-Fi Indicator Does Not Flash in Blue by Holding Down the WPS Button.

Cause

The issue may be caused by the following:

  1. Is the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap turned off?

  2. Is the WPS button held down long enough?

Solution

  1. Turn on the Wi-Fi switch and try the WPS connection again.

  2. Hold down the WPS button on the ScanSnap until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes in blue.
