Q What is the Windows® 8.1 (Note 1) support status for Rack2-Filer Smart?

Please note the caution for installation below when using Rack2-Filer Smart on Windows® 8.1.

1 When installing Rack2-Filer Smart on Windows® 8.1, I get the message "Failed to install Raku2 Smart ImageWriter. Restart the operating system, and try again."
Prevention
Method		 Please install Raku2 Smart ImageWriter using the ImageWriter installation tool.

Windows® 8.1 means below:

  • Windows® 8.1
  • Windows® 8.1 Pro
  • Windows® 8.1 Enterprise
