Brake Roller/Separator Roller Not Installed Correctly

When the brake roller or separator roller is not installed correctly, the following error codes is displayed on the LCD of the scanner's operator panel.

Confirm that the brake roller and separator roller are installed correctly referring to Replacing the Brake Roller and Replacing the Separator Roller.

If not, re-install them correctly.
If this does not solve the problem, turn the scanner on again.
If turning on the scanner again does not solve the problem, note down the message displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window and contact your FUJITSU scanner dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
