How to fan documents

Below are instructions for fanning document pages:

1. Take a stack of documents with thickness of 15 mm to 20 mm (1/2 to 3/4 inches).
2. Hold both ends and bend the documents into an arch.

   Recommended document thickness: for A4, Letter size or smaller: 20 mm; for sheets larger than A4 or Letter: 10 mm or less.
   

3. Hold both ends of the stack firmly and bend it back so that the bent part remains raised in the middle.
   
4. Repeat steps 2 to 3 for 2-3 times. Rotate the stack 90 degrees and fan it again.
5. Align the edges of the documents.
