Image transfer error

Check the following items:

• Is SCSI cable connected correctly? -> Confirm the connectivity of SCSI cable.
• Is SCSI cable's length less than 1.5 m (4.3 ft.)? -> Change SCSI cable to follow this limitation.
• Other SCSI device(s) is included in SCSI cable chain? -> Confirm if the error is removed after removing other SCSI device(s).
• Is the SCSI host certified with the product? -> Please use a certified SCSI host that meets the product requirement.
• Are you using USB interface? -> Please check the USB connection and use the cable that came with the product.
• We recommend to connect the product directly to the PC. Please remove the USB hub to make sure the problem is not the connection with the hub.

If the alarm still recurs, contact Fujitsu authorized service center.
