Imprinter error

When this error occurs, operator panel of the scanner shows "E" and "A" alternately.
This alarm occurs when the Print Cartridge is defective. Confirm if the Print Cartridge is installed correctly. If the error still recurs, follow below procedure to replace the Print Cartridge:

Replacing the Print Cartridge:

• Open Print Section Cover.
• Unlock the Rock lever, and remove the Print Cartridge.
• Install a new Print Cartridge, and secure the Rock lever correctly.
• Close the Print Section Cover to its original position.

If the alarm recurs, contact Fujitsu authorized service center.
