Interface Malfunction

Check the following points and take necessary actions.

 

Is the USB cable connected properly? No

Scanning

Connect the USB cable properly.

Are you using the USB cable which comes with the scanner? No

Scanning

Use the USB cable which comes with the scanner.
ScanningYes
Is a single hub used for the USB connection? No

Scanning

Use one hub only. If the problem persists, connect the scanner to the computer directly.
ScanningYes
Turn the scanner off then back on.

 

If turning on the scanner again does not solve the problem, write down the error code displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window, and contact your FUJITSU scanner dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
