ScanSnap iX2500 Firmware
Firmware is a set of software that controls a computer system (or hardware) stored in an electronic equipment.
This firmware, which is stored in each scanner device, controls the scanner's performance.

- ScanSnap iX2500 is now able to save scanned images directly from the ScanSnap to a network folder.
- ScanSnap iX2500 now can be directly connected to a computer or a mobile device via Wi-Fi by a Direct Connection.
