ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap™ will no longer be provided or supported from April 2026 onward.

The software will remain available for download and support until March 2026.
In ScanSnap Home 3.6.0 or later, the following features can be used without installing ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap™:
  - Scan to Word, Scan to Excel(R), Scan to PowerPoint(R)
Note: The text recognition (OCR) features for documents, business cards, and receipts remain available in ScanSnap Home.

When the setup has completed, check for the latest updates and apply them all prior to using the scanner.
