Modifications

Changes from V2.0L20 to V2.0L40
 The main change is as follows:

  • A new option has been added to notify information about ScanSnap.
  • The start time for automatic online update has been changed from "on the hour (0 minutes)" to the one-hour period (between 0 and 59 minutes) following the hour you specify.

Installation Instructions

Note:
If you perform the update online, the following procedure will not be necessary. Follow the instructions on the online update screen.

How to update

  1. Be sure you log into Mac OS X / OS X as a user with administrator privileges.
  2. Download "MacOnlineUpdateV20L40Up.dmg" onto your hard disk.
    Make sure you have enough free disk space (at least more than twice the download file size) for installing the programs.
  3. Quit any applications that are running on your computer.
  4. Execute the downloaded "MacOnlineUpdateV20L40Up.dmg" file to start the update installation.
  5. Follow the instructions from the Installation Wizard to complete the installation. Select [Open] when the message "xxxxx is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" appears during installation.
