Download the software update to your hard disk by clicking the "Download" link below.

Apply this update to install the latest version of ScanSnap Online Update.

Installation Instructions

Note:
If you perform the update online, the following procedure will not be necessary. Follow the instructions on the online update screen.

How to update

1. Be sure you login to Windows® as a user with administrator privileges.
2. Download "WinOnlineUpdateV20L30Up.exe" onto your hard drive.
   Make sure you have enough free disk space (at least more than twice the download file size) for installing the programs.
3. Quit any applications that are running on your computer.
4. Execute the downloaded "WinOnlineUpdateV20L30Up.exe" file to start the update installation.
5. Follow the instructions from the Installation Wizard to complete the installation.

How to check whether the update is successfully applied

1. Select the [Start] menu -> [All Programs] -> [ScanSnap Online Update] -> [Setting] to display ScanSnap Online Version Information.
2. In the "ScanSnap Online Update Settings" window, confirm that the version of ScanSnap Online Update is "V2.0L30".
