Firmware Update Required to Continue Using ScanSnap Cloud
To continue using ScanSnap Cloud, please update your scanner firmware by April 8, 2026.
If the firmware is not updated, scanning with ScanSnap Cloud will no longer be available starting April 9, 2026 until the firmware update is completed.
This update enhances the security of ScanSnap Cloud.
Please check your scanner’s firmware version and update it by following the instructions provided in the “How to Update” section below.

How to Update
Connect your scanner to the network and update to the latest firmware using the firmware update function.

Update from a computer (Windows / Mac)
If you are using the iX500, please select “iX100” when choosing the model and follow the instructions accordingly.
If you use the iX500 on Windows, please update ScanSnap Home to version 3.5 or later before performing the firmware update. - Update from a mobile device (Android / iOS)
