The Camera Button Does Not Appear in the Scan History List

The issue may be caused by the following:

  • The camera function is disabled.

  • Your mobile device does not have a rear camera.

  • When the camera function is disabled

    On the [Camera settings] screen, set [Use of the camera] to on.

  • When your mobile device does not have a rear camera

    Use a mobile device that has a rear camera.
