Tapping the Camera Button Does Not Enter Photo-taking Mode

Causes and solutions for when tapping the camera button in the scan history list of the ScanSnap Cloud application does not enter photo-taking mode are explained in this section.

The photo-taking mode may not be enabled because your mobile device is set to deny access to the camera.


Allow access to the camera as follows.

  1. On the mobile device, tap [Settings] [Apps] [ScanSnap Cloud] [Permissions].

  2. Set [Camera] to on.
