Inaccessible to the Network (Connecting to a Scanner Failed)
									Causes and solutions for when the device is inaccessible to the network (connecting to a scanner failed) during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup are explained below.
								
								- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - The ScanSnap is turned off. 
- The ScanSnap is used by other devices. 
- [Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] is enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings. 
 
- Solution
- Check the following items: - When the ScanSnap is turned off - Turn the power on. 
- When the ScanSnap is used by other devices - Connect the ScanSnap to the network after you finish using the ScanSnap with other devices. 
- When [Stable Wi-Fi scanning] or [Avoid poor connections] is enabled in the Wi-Fi advanced settings - Disable the setting and try again.
