The ScanSnap Is Not Detected
- Cause
- The issue may be caused by the following: - The ScanSnap is turned off. 
- The privacy separator function of the wireless access point is enabled. - Depending on the wireless access point such as a mobile router, the privacy separator function of the wireless access point may be enabled. 
- The list is not showing the latest information. - Depending on when the list is displayed, the ScanSnap to be used may not be detected. 
 
- Solution
- Check the following items, and then try again: - When the ScanSnap is turned off - Turn the power on. 
- When the privacy separator function of the wireless access point is enabled - Disable the function. - If you cannot change the setting, contact the manufacturer. - To check whether the wireless access point is equipped with a privacy separator function or to check how to configure the settings, refer to your wireless access point manual. 
- The list is not showing the latest information. - The list is updated automatically. Wait for a while. 
 - If the ScanSnap is still not detected after a retry, go back to the screen for selecting the connection method, and select [Choose a wireless network].
