Changing a Storage for a Scanned Image
iOS, Android
- Start the ScanSnap Cloud application.

Tap
on the main screen.
The navigation bar appears.

Tap [Settings].
The [Settings] screen appears.

Tap [Select cloud storage services].
The [Select cloud storage services] screen appears.

Select whether or not to detect a document type.
To detect document types and save scanned images for each document type
Tap [Save by document type].
To save all scanned images on the same cloud service
Tap [Always save to same service].

Tap the name of the cloud storage service that is currently specified.
A setting screen for the cloud storage service appears.

Tap the [Clear selection] button.
The [Select cloud storage services] screen appears.

Tap [Tap to select a service].
A list of the available cloud storage services appears.

Tap the [Select] button for the cloud storage service that you want to select.
When an authentication screen for the selected cloud storage service appears, follow the instructions on the screen to authenticate it.
The setting that is currently set is changed to the selected cloud storage service.
HINT-
You can change the destination folder depending on the cloud storage service that is selected.
Tap [Change the save destination] on the cloud storage service setting screen which appears after step 9 that is described above.
A screen for selecting a folder appears.
Select a folder to be the destination folder.
Tap the [Done] button.
The setting that is currently set is changed to the selected cloud storage service.
The operations may vary depending on your cloud storage service plan.

Windows
- Start the ScanSnap Cloud application.

From the menu bar, click [Tool] → [Options].
The ScanSnap Cloud settings window appears.

Select whether or not to detect a document type in the [Scan settings] tab.
To detect document types and save scanned images for each document type
Select the [Configure save destination for each document type] checkbox, and go to step 4.
To save all scanned images on the same cloud service
Clear the [Configure save destination for each document type] checkbox, and go to step 5.
- Select a document type.

Click the [Change] button in [Linked destination].
The window appears, and you can select a cloud storage service from this window.

Select a cloud storage service, and click the [Select] button.
When an authentication screen for the selected cloud storage service appears, follow the instructions on the screen to authenticate it.

Click the [OK] button.
The configured settings are saved.
Mac OS
- Start the ScanSnap Cloud application.

The ScanSnap Cloud settings window appears.

Select whether or not to detect a document type in the [Scan settings] tab.
To detect document types and save scanned images for each document type

To save all scanned images on the same cloud service
Clear the [Configure save destination for each document type] checkbox, and go to step 5.
