Receiving a Notification from the ScanSnap Cloud Service

A push notification can be received when the ScanSnap Cloud service status changes.

A notification is issued in the following cases:

  • When a scan is complete

  • When saving a scanned image is complete

  • When an error has occurred during a scan or when saving a scanned image

  • When a new firmware is released

  1. Tap the notification when a push notification from the ScanSnap Cloud service appears.

    The ScanSnap Cloud application starts and displays the information related to the notification.


You may not receive a push notification depending on the network environment that you are in.

If this is the case, contact your network administrator.


You can change the setting whether or not to receive a push notification from the ScanSnap Cloud service.
