Cannot change the access point to another one on the same network
Causes and solutions for when the access point for the ScanSnap cannot be changed to another one on the same network are explained below.
- Cause
It is because the ScanSnap has already been connected to an access point on the same network.
- Solution

Perform the following:
Turn off the ScanSnap.
Tap
on the main screen.
The navigation bar appears.
Tap [Settings].
The [Settings] screen appears.
Tap [Add wireless access point/router].
The [Add wireless access point/router] screen appears.
Select the ScanSnap with the wireless access point that you want to change.
The [Add wireless access point/router] screen appears.
Enter the password for your ScanSnap account.
Tap [Authenticate].
The [Scanner settings] screen appears.
ATTENTIONDo not turn on the ScanSnap while the ScanSnap is being detected.
Tap [Add wireless access point/router].
Follow the wizard to configure the settings.
