Transferring a Scanned Image to Another Cloud Storage Service

If the ScanSnap Cloud service fails to detect a document type and the scanned image is not saved to the designated cloud storage service, you can change the document type of the scanned image, and transfer the scanned image to another cloud storage service.
HINT
  • If [Always save to same service] is set to on in the [Select cloud storage services] screen, change the currently selected cloud storage service in the [Select cloud storage services] Screen before transferring the image.

  1. In the scan history list, tap the scan history of a scanned image to transfer to another cloud storage service.

    The Detail View Screen appears.

  2. Tap Re-release Button.
  3. Tap a cloud storage service that you want to transfer the scanned image to.

    The scanned image is transferred to the cloud storage service that you selected.

ATTENTION

Re-release Button appears only for a scan history that is not shown in the scanning error list.
