Deleting Your ScanSnap Account

To stop using the ScanSnap Cloud service, delete your ScanSnap account on the [Account] screen.
ATTENTION

  • Deleting the account deletes all scan histories of ScanSnap Cloud.

  • Scanned images that are saved in cloud storage services are not deleted.

  1. Tap Navigation Menu on the main screen.

    A navigation bar appears.

  2. Tap [Settings].

    The [Settings] screen appears.

  3. Tap [Account].

    The [Account] screen appears.

  4. Tap [Delete account].

    Your ScanSnap account is deleted.
