Scanned Images Do Not Appear in the Scan History List
Causes and solutions for scanned images not appearing in the scan history list when using the ScanSnap Cloud service are explained below.
- Cause

The scan history list is updated automatically when one of the following occurs. However, depending on the time the scan history list is updated, a scanned image soon after scanning may not appear in the scan history list.
When the ScanSnap Cloud application is started
When a file name is changed in the detail view screen
When a file is saved in another cloud storage service in the detail view screen
- Solution

Update the scan history list manually.
Swipe down the scan history list to update the contents.
