The issue may be caused by the following:

The mobile device is not connected to the Internet.
Appropriate permissions are not set for the "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service.
A character string with symbols is used for accounts, passwords, file names and/or folder names.
Two-factor authentication is enabled, but the version of the ScanSnap Cloud application is v1.6 or earlier
The cloud storage service is stopped temporarily.

When the mobile device is not connected to the Internet
Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. The following solutions may also be effective:
Restart the wireless access point.
When a mobile router is used, move it to a location where the signal condition is good.
When appropriate permissions are not set for the "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service
Set appropriate permissions for a "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service, and try again.
When a character string with symbols is used for accounts, passwords, file names and/or folder names
Change the string, or select another folder if this is the case for the folder name, and try again.
When two-factor authentication is enabled
Update the ScanSnap Cloud application to the latest version.
Other than the above
ScanSnap Cloud service may be stopped temporarily. Wait for a while and try again.
