Authentication for the Cloud Storage Service Fails
- Cause
- The issue may be caused by the following: - The cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer. 
- The Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- When the cloud storage service site is added in [Compatibility View Settings] of Internet Explorer - Perform the following to change [Compatibility View Settings]: - Start up Internet Explorer. 
- From the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select [Tools] → [Compatibility View Settings]. 
- Delete the cloud storage service site that is displayed in [Websites you've added to Compatibility View]. 
 
- When the Internet Explorer version that you are using is not supported by the cloud storage service - Update Internet Explorer to the latest version.
