The [Scan] Button Was Lit in Orange during a Scan.
									Causes and solutions for the [Scan] button lighting in orange during a scan when using the ScanSnap Cloud service are explained below. 
								
								- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - A document was jammed inside the ScanSnap. 
- A multifeed was detected. 
- The ADF top section opened. 
- A communication error occurred. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- 
													When a document was jammed inside the ScanSnap Open the ADF top section and remove the jammed document. For details, refer to Paper jam.

													When a multifeed was detected Open the ADF top section and remove the document inside the ScanSnap. For details, refer to Overlapped document detected. 
- 
													When the ADF top section opened Close the ADF top section. For details, refer to ADF top section open. 
- 
													When none of the above applies A communication error may have occurred between the ScanSnap and the ScanSnap Cloud server. Turn the ScanSnap off and turn it back on, and then scan the document again.
