The Document Is Not Fed Smoothly./Paper Jams Occur.

											The issue may be caused by the following: - The Roller Set is dirty. 
- The Roller Set is worn out. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- When the Roller Set is dirty - Clean the Roller Set. - For details, refer to Cleaning the Inside of the ScanSnap in ScanSnap Cloud Operation. 
- When the Roller Set may be worn out - The Roller Set is a consumable part. Although the replacement cycle varies depending on the paper used, it is recommended as a guideline that it should be replaced after every 200,000 sheets scanned, or on an annual basis. - For details about replacing the Roller Set, refer to the Basic Operation Guide of your ScanSnap model. HINT- When using ScanSnap Manager, you can check how many times the Roller Set has been used in the [ScanSnap Manager - Check consumable status] window that appears by selecting [Check consumable status] from the Right-Click Menu.
