Failed to Update the Firmware.
									Causes and solutions for when a firmware update fails during the ScanSnap Cloud application setup are explained below.
								
								- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - Because the network was disconnected while firmware is being downloaded, downloading the data failed. 
- The computer is not connected to the ScanSnap via a USB cable. 
- A USB 3.0 port on the computer is used. 
- The ScanSnap is turned off. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- Connect the computer to the Internet. 
- Connect the computer and the ScanSnap with a USB cable. - When a USB 3.0 port on the computer is used, change the port used for the cable connection to a USB 2.0 port. 
- Turn the ScanSnap off and turn it back on. - If you changed the port to a USB 2.0 port, restart the computer after turning off the ScanSnap. 
- Update the firmware again.
