Migrating Files Managed in ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home

When files are migrated from ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home, the files managed by ScanSnap Connect Application will be managed by ScanSnap Home.

If you used the ScanSnap Sync function in ScanSnap Connect Application, the following files cannot be migrated to ScanSnap Home.

  • Files not downloaded from a cloud service to ScanSnap Connect Application

  • Files saved in a subfolder in the folder synchronized with a cloud service

From among the files migrated from ScanSnap Connect Application to ScanSnap Home, only image files created from documents scanned with the ScanSnap can be displayed in the Preview screen.

To migrate files to ScanSnap Home

Tap Hamburger Menu→ [Settings] → [Data Migration] in ScanSnap Home, then follow the instructions on the displayed screen.
