Inserting a Thick Document such as a Business Card or a Document with an Overlapped Area such as an Envelope
ATTENTION

Scanning the following documents is available for Return Scan, in which a document is inserted into the manual feeder and scanned.
Thick documents such as business cards, postcards, and plastic cards
Documents with overlapped areas such as envelopes
- Insert a document into the ScanSnap.
Insert the top end of the document straight into the middle of the manual feeder.
Make sure that the document is fed into the ScanSnap and is held firmly.
ATTENTION-
When a document is scanned with Return Scan, it sticks out from the back of the ScanSnap.
Leave enough space at the back of the ScanSnap to allow the document to stick out.
