Did Not Receive a Notification E-mail with a Confirmation Code (ScanSnap Home 2.9 or Earlier)

For ScanSnap Home 2.10 or later, you do not need to register a ScanSnap Account as license activation is no longer needed.
To update ScanSnap Home to the latest, refer to Updating ScanSnap Home.
If you do not receive a notification e-mail with a confirmation code when registering a ScanSnap account, check the following:
Did you specify the correct e-mail address?
If the e-mail address is wrong, register the ScanSnap account from scratch.
When doing so, specify the correct e-mail address with which you can receive e-mails.
Is your e-mail address set not to receive e-mails from the domain "@mail.scansnap.com"?
A notification e-mail with a confirmation code is sent from the domain "@mail.scansnap.com". Change the setting to allow e-mails from this domain.
Did you check if the e-mail is recognized as spam?
Check if the e-mail is in the spam inbox.
