A Connection Cannot Be Established with the ScanSnap via Direct Connection.
- Cause
- The issue may be caused by the following: - Is the ScanSnap turned off? 
- Is the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap turned off? 
- Is the scanner already connected to the wireless access point? 
- Is the ScanSnap already used by other devices? 
- Have the SSID and security key for the ScanSnap changed? 
 
- Solution
- Check the following items, and then set up ScanSnap Connect Application again: - Turn on the ScanSnap. 
- Turn on the Wi-Fi switch of the ScanSnap. 
- If the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue, connect your device to the same network in which the ScanSnap is connected to, and perform the setup again. 
- Make sure that the ScanSnap is not used by other devices. If the ScanSnap is in use, connect to the ScanSnap after it is available. 
- Start the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer, and check the current SSID and security key in [Direct connection setting]. - For details, refer to the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool Help. - For starting ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool, refer to To Start ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool.
