Selecting a Cloud Service to Be Synced
The following cloud services are available:
- Dropbox 
- Google Drive 
- OneDrive 
- To sync with a cloud service, an Internet connection must be established. 
- When the ScanSnap Sync is set to on, if you want to sync with another cloud service, you must stop the synchronization with the cloud service that is being synced. - Stop the synchronization with a cloud service by referring to the following and then select another cloud service. 
- When you change the cloud service that is used with the ScanSnap Sync function, refer to the following to migrate files to the new cloud service. 
Select a cloud service to be synced in the following procedure.
- 
										On the [File List] screen, tap the [Settings] button (for iPhone/iPod touch,  ). ).The [Settings] screen appears. 
- 
										Tap [ScanSnap Sync Setting] in the [Settings] screen.
										The [ScanSnap Sync Setting] screen appears. 
- 
										Tap the [Connect] button for [Cloud services].
										The [Cloud services] screen appears. 
- 
										Tap a cloud service name to be synced.
										The authentication screen for the selected cloud service appears. 
- 
										Perform the authentication by following the instructions on the screen.
										After the authentication is completed successfully, the synchronization with a cloud service starts. 
- When you start the ScanSnap Sync function, a message appears, confirming whether or not to upload a file that exists on the [File List] screen to a cloud service. - If you want to upload all the files to a cloud service, tap the [Start] button. If you do not upload them or you want to upload them one by one at a later time, tap the [Upload separately] button. 
- If a file with the same name already exists in the cloud service, a message asking which file you want to save appears. - Tap the button for the file that you want to save.
