To upload a file to a cloud service, an Internet connection must be established.
If a large size file is uploaded, it may not be uploaded successfully depending on the cloud service or communication status of the Internet connection. When this is the case, check that the Internet connection is normal. As necessary, scan documents in the following procedure again in order to reduce the size of files to be uploaded.
Scan documents more than once to break scanned images into multiple parts
Scan documents by setting [Image quality] to a low resolution for [Scanning] in the [Profile] screen
Scan documents by setting [Compression rate] to a large value for [File size] in the [Profile] screen
By default, this item is set to on.
This can be set only when a cloud service to be synced is selected.
The following file can be uploaded:
A file that is scanned and received by using ScanSnap Connect Application
A file that is received by using Scan to Mobile
When [Auto Upload] is set to off, the received file is not uploaded to a cloud service automatically. A file that was received before [Auto Upload] is set to on is not uploaded.
When this is the case, you can manually upload the file to a cloud service later.
