The ScanSnap that You Want Is Not Displayed.
- Cause
- The issue may be caused by the following: - The ScanSnap is turned off. 
- The ScanSnap is connected to a different wireless access point. - If the Wi-Fi indicator is lit in blue, the ScanSnap may be connected to a different wireless access point. 
- The ScanSnap settings have been changed. - The SSID of the ScanSnap may have been changed, or the SSID notification may be disabled. 
 
- Solution
- 
											- Turn on the ScanSnap while holding down the WPS button on the back. - Hold down the WPS button until the [Scan] button or the [Scan/Stop] button flashes in purple. 
- When the ScanSnap is connected to a different wireless access point - Perform the following: - Turn off the ScanSnap. 
- Turn on the ScanSnap while holding down the WPS button on the back. - Hold down the WPS button until the [Scan] button or the [Scan/Stop] button flashes in purple. 
 
- When the ScanSnap settings have been changed - Start the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool on your computer, and check the current SSID and SSID notification settings in [Direct connection setting]. If the SSID notification setting has been disabled, enable it and then continue the setup in ScanSnap Connect Application. - For details, refer to the ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool Help.
