End of ScanSnap software support for Windows 2000. Windows 2000 is not supported by ScanSnap software distributed after August 1st 2015, such as driver, scanning software, or update. |

Update
Click the software version number corresponding to the operating system that you use. In the case of the software update written as Step1 and Step2, apply the update according to the step number.

If you are running 64-bit Windows Vista® or 64-bit Windows® 8.1 / 8 / 7, and you cannot install the programs stored in the ScanSnap installation CD, please send us the previously mentioned request form so that you can download the programs. You will be able to install the downloadable versions of the programs. Apply the updates after installing.
