The Text on an Image Is Not Readable

Causes and solutions for the text on a scanned image not being readable when the ScanSnap is used to scan a document are explained below.

Cause: If text on documents is small, the text on the scanned images may not be readable.
Solution: In the [Scan settings] screen, specify [Best] for [Image quality].
