Communication error
- Cause
- 
											The issue may be caused by the following: - 
													The mobile device is not connected to the Internet. 
- Appropriate permissions are not set for the "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service. 
- A character string with symbols is used for accounts, passwords, file names and/or folder names. 
- Two-factor authentication is enabled, but the version of the ScanSnap Cloud application is v1.6 or earlier 
- The cloud storage service is stopped temporarily.

- Solution
- 
											- 
													When the mobile device is not connected to the Internet Check the status and settings of your network environment, and try again. The following solutions may also be effective: - Restart the wireless access point. 
- When a mobile router is used, move it to a location where the signal condition is good. 
 
- When appropriate permissions are not set for the "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service - Set appropriate permissions for a "ScanSnap" folder that is the default destination folder in the cloud storage service, and try again. 
- When a character string with symbols is used for accounts, passwords, file names and/or folder names - Change the string, or select another folder if this is the case for the folder name, and try again. 
- When two-factor authentication is enabled - Update the ScanSnap Cloud application to the latest version. 
- Other than the above - ScanSnap Cloud service may be stopped temporarily. Wait for a while and try again.
